They include e-mail templates ; interactive of course ; electronic registered letters, letters transforming your collection actions in communication and marketing tools promoting the brand of your business while improving cash.

They are of course 100% customizable so do not hesitate to use them as a basis to adapt them according to your needs.

To add them to your account, go to Admin / Manage recovery scenarios and click on "Add a pre-defined scenario":
