Coface credit insurance: submit your guarantee requests in My DSO Manager!

The My DSO Manager - Coface Coface connector is evolving: submit your warranty requests from My DSO Manager without having to log in to Cofanet!

This feature allows for optimal and more integrated management of your credit insurance in My DSO Manager and complements existing features:

  • Risk Report, linking your actual outstanding amounts to the various guarantees obtained (credit insurance, bank guarantees, etc.).
  • Integration and use of credit analysis scores performed by your credit insurer for all your customers, for example, to influence collection strategies and reports.
  • Automatic management of discretionnary credit limits and unnamed customers according to your credit insurance contract.
  • Risk agenda allowing precise management of risk monitoring actions to be carried out.
  • Credit limit validation workflow, particularly when the guarantee does not cover the entire customer's outstanding balance and you wish to go beyond it.
  • Alerts in the event of exceeding the outstanding balance or imminent foreclosure.
  • Customized reports for turnover reporting.
  • Etc.

How do I apply for a Coface guarantee?

It's very simple! This request is made from the client file by clicking on the button. A new window opens allowing you to detail the request: amount, currency, type of guarantee, and arguments for the Coface underwriter:

The current requests and the responses from the credit insurer are visible in the risk calendar and in the risk tab of the client file. Guarantee amounts are automatically updated, as are all associated indicators:

The ability to request Coface Coface guarantees in My DSO Manager is available to all our users who are credit-insured with Coface and have requested to activate the connector with Coface.
