What are the users roles?

There are several user roles in My DSO Manager who do not grant the same access rights.

All the functions present in your company will be able to access the application, thus allowing you to involve all the stakeholders in cash collection.

List of user roles:

• Administrator (Administrator), IT Administrator : person responsible of the platform, in charge of the technical part.
   
• Credit Manager (Manager de credite) : key user, in charge of set-up and administration of the platform.
   
• Collector (Responsabil de recuperare creanțe) : main user of the tool, in charge of the cash collection.
   
• Collector partitioned: A collector with the same permissions as a standard Collector, but restricted to the customers to whom they are assigned.
   
• Sales manager (Manager de vânzări) : main collector's support, privileged contact of your customers.
   
• Sales administration (Administrarea vânzărilor), Financial controller (Controlor de gestiune), Executive officer (Director) : those roles can view accounts receivable.
   
• Resolver : User dedicated to managing specific follow-up actions and handling disputes. This role allows the user to intervene on actions for which a resolver has been defined. The resolver can only access actions where a resolver is assigned and is responsible for their follow-up, update, and resolution.
   
• Guest (Invitat) : restricted access that only allows to consult the global view and reports.
