Centralize your key collection indicators into a single report and monitor your performance at a glance.

Available from the Insights tab, this new report consolidates multiple indicators on a single page, enabling you to monitor both accounts receivable collection performance and collectors' portfolios.

This report addresses the need to centralize indicators that are often spread across several views, making daily operational monitoring and overall activity analysis easier.



It is presented as a flexible and customizable table, allowing you to highlight the elements you want to focus on:

• Outstanding balances, overdue data and volume metrics
  
• Actions completed and upcoming actions by type
  
• Collection efficiency indicators
  
• Qualification metrics (amounts and rates) for items and disputes
  
• Cash collection statistics including the share resulting from collection actions
  
• Payer profile distribution
  

All these indicators can be filtered using the segmentations available on your My DSO Manager platform: customer groups, customer and invoice analytical fields, users, etc.




Balancing customer portfolios across collectors is made easier, while their characteristics and practices are highlighted through the many available indicators.

For each indicator, a graphical icon is available directly in the table to visualize its evolution.



In addition to the Insights and KMI reports, this report provides an immediate operational view of field performance.
