What is the Performance tracking report?
Analyzing collections activities naturally involves multiple reports, multiple perspectives, and multiple indicators.
The
Performance tracking
report has been designed to provide a consolidated and summarized view of this information, in order to facilitate the analysis and monitoring of collections activity.
It brings together, within a single report, indicators coming from different components of
My DSO Manager
, offering a global, comparative, and actionable view of team performance.
It allows you to analyze:
the effectiveness of the actions carried out
the performance of
collectors
,
the evolution of results within a given scope.
To access the report, go to the
Insights
tab and click on
Performance tracking
in the dropdown menu :
The
Performance Tracking
report is an optional feature.
If it is not visible in your interface, please contact our teams to request its activation:
Contact-us!
The report is displayed as a summary table, structured by
collector
.
Indicators are shown as columns and grouped by functional categories (
overdue
items, actions,
cash collection
,
disputes
, etc.), enabling a clear and comparative reading of results.
A consolidated total is fixed at the top of the table to facilitate comparison with individual data:

The report is calculated asynchronously; indicators are based on D-1 data.
