Dear all,

Your credit management solution continues to evolve to better meet your needs!
In September, we are launching several major new features, including the MAIA Emails functionality, which automatically centralizes and archives your clients email replies.

New enhancements available starting in September

  • Improvements to the Atradius and Coface connectors, now allowing you to request guarantees directly from My DSO Manager, just as is already possible with Allianz Trade.

  • Integration of customer email responses into My DSO Manager

What is MAIA Emails?

A feature that allows you to:
  • Automatically centralize customer responses received by email within your platform.
  • Keep a complete history of all your communications within the customer record.
  • Never lose any information in your exchanges.

How does it work?

Each customer has a unique email address (ex. capture.mycompany...@reply.mydsomanager.com).

The responses are visible in the collection agenda, under the "Responses & Comments" tab, and directly within the customer record.

Each email is processed by MAIA Logo MAIA to clean it up and keep only the essential content. You can then validate and qualify it (payment promise, dispute, etc.). It is possible to perform multiple successive qualifications, save or delete the email.

Archiving and tracking

Each response is archived in the "History" tab. For now, attachments are not imported (this feature will be available soon), but their number is displayed, prompting you to check them in your email inbox.

Best Practices

  • Encourage your customers to reply while keeping the unique email address. For example: add the note in your reminders, "Please keep the email address #client_account_email in your reply for quick processing."
    The #client_account_email tag will automatically display the customer's dedicated address.
  • If you receive a response outside of My DSO Manager (in your professional email inbox), forward it manually to the customer's unique address from their record in order to archive it in the platform.

  • What's next?

    • More advanced processing and interpretation of incoming emails thanks to Logo MAIA MAIA Feedbacks (currently under development).
    • Automatic integration of attachments (currently under development).
