My DSO Manager launches its first UK Situation Room in London

As part of its continued commitment to supporting the development of credit management practices in the UK, My DSO Manager will take part in its first UK-based Situation Room workshop, delivered in partnership with Callisto and generously hosted by PwC at their prestigious London offices.

The Situation Room is a highly interactive, practitioner-led workshop focused on skill development, peer exchange, and real-world problem solving. The London session will bring together a limited group of around 25 senior credit and finance professionals from a range of sectors, including education, property, and professional services.

Rather than a traditional conference format, the workshop is designed to encourage open discussion and collaboration around the realities of modern credit management. Participants will work through practical scenarios reflecting the operational, organisational, and cultural challenges faced by credit teams today, with an emphasis on sharing best practices and cross-industry perspectives.

The session will also feature contributions from experienced senior practitioners Lucy Fulmer, Director and Head of the Creditor Markets Team at PwC LLP, Noy McDonald, Project Director, and Luke Sculthorp FCICM, UK & Ireland Commercial Director, each bringing insights shaped by years of experience within complex, international organisations.

With customers operating in more than 95 countries and experience gained from working alongside thousands of credit teams worldwide, My DSO Manager regularly sees how collaboration, structure, and governance are becoming critical success factors. Events such as the Situation Room respond to the growing need for forums where practitioners can step back from day-to-day pressures and exchange practical insight on how credit functions are evolving, including the impact of organisational complexity, cross-border operations, and emerging technologies such as AI.

This London session marks the beginning of a broader UK-focused agenda for 2026, centered on practitioner engagement, shared learning, and constructive dialogue around the future of credit management.
