Collect in My DSO Manager » How to assign a collection scenario to a client?

A default collection scenario is assigned first to all of your customers. It is recommended to create scenarios based on your customers types and your collection strategies and to associate them to the customers you want.

There are several possibilities to set or modify the collection scenarios allocated to your customers:

1. Inside the customer sheet


This solution is relevant for the collector who wishes to change the collection strategy for a particular client while trying to make a recovery action.

When you change the scenario of a customer, dunning actions proposed by DSO MY MANAGER are immediately replaced by those of the new scenario.


2. Mass change on selected customers


This option shall be preferred when you want to change the scenario of a customer list according to some criteria. Go to customer researchLink, fill in your search criteria and then select customers and assign the desired collection scenario.

Tips → once the desired selection is done, you can add the page to your favorites in your internet browser. Then, simply click on it to find this selection again.

Step 2 : Scenario assignment

Display and check all customer and assign them the collection scenario (at the bottom of the page).

3. From the preferences, to define a collection scenario by default


All New customers will be automatically assigned to the default collection scenario. This set up has to be done from the « Settings » tab, « Manage collection scenarios », « Settings » :
