Disputes management
»
What is the dispute resolution duration?
The
average duration of
dispute
resolution
is a
key performance indicator
regarding the average number of days necessary to resolve a
dispute
in your company.
It is based on the date on which the
dispute
is identified in
My DSO Manager
when the invoices are qualified with a
status
«
dispute
» and the date on which it is resolved when a new
status
is assigned to the bills.
This indicator is important for two reasons: it has a big
impact on the cash
(a
disputed
invoice is not paid by the customer) and on
customer satisfaction
as
disputes
resolved quickly increases satisfaction of customers.
My DSO Manager
allows to identify
disputes
and to control their resolution through
the
disputes
report
and by chasing up the appropriate internal stakeholders (
sales manager
, customer care ...).
This indicator is visible in the
disputes
report and on the customer sheet in « Reports and indicators » tab.
