Electronic Mail & Registered Mail: Automate your actions!

Dear customers,

Choosing the right collection media based on customer type and level of follow-up stage is a key factor in successful cash collection.

While interactive email and phone calls remain the pillars of customer communication, other channels such as SMS, postal mail, and Electronic Registered Mail (ERM) prove highly relevant in specific situations.

With My DSO Manager you can create an unlimited number of collection scenarios. These include fully adaptable and customizable email, SMS, and letter templates, intelligently assigned through our AI Search & Assign. Each follow-up action can be sent manually (and customized at the time of sending) or scheduled for full automation.

Automatic actions for letters and ERMs

It is now possible to automate ERM actions and simple letters or letters with acknowledgment of receipt.

Two options regarding automation:

• Either the automatic action must be confirmed by the collector (possibility of mass confirmation).
• Or the action is 100% automatic and is sent by My DSO Manager on the date of the action without human intervention.

How to automate reminders by mail or ERM?

The automation of reminder actions by mail and ERM is done in the same way as for automatic actions by email or SMS. To do this, simply check the corresponding boxes at the reminder action level in the Admin Manage reminder scenarios or when creating the specific action:



Automatic actions requiring confirmation or without confirmation (fully automatic) appear in the reminder calendar and in the history of actions performed.

Tracking and proof of receipt

You can easily track the status of each mailing for both electronic and paper mail, and retrieve proof of delivery in My DSO Manager.
