MAIA
Action
is a feature available in the
Collection Agenda
, allowing you to automatically prioritize collection actions.
It analyzes the available information on the actions, the relevant items and the customer's situation in order to highlight the actions that need to be handled first.
The aim is to help you identify more quickly the actions requiring your attention and dedicate more time to collection activities.
Good to know
:
MAIA
Action
is a feature that can be activated upon request. Contact the
My DSO Manager
teams to find out how to activate it.

How does MAIA Action work?
When
MAIA
Action
is activated, the
Prioritize with
MAIA
button is available in the Collection Agenda.
MAIA then analyzes the actions displayed in your Agenda based on several pieces of information related to the action, the relevant items and the customer's situation in order to organize them according to their priority level.
It therefore highlights the actions presenting the most significant issues and helps you determine which actions should be handled as a priority.
MAIA analyzes several elements to establish priorities
To establish its ranking, MAIA takes into account, in particular, the available information concerning:
The amount
Overdue period
The action type
The payer profile
The average overdue period of the items concerned by the action
The customer's total outstanding balance
The customer's overdue outstanding balance and its ratio to the total outstanding balance
Available financial and risk
score
s
The amount of the items concerned
The guarantee limit
The number of items
The proposed priority results from the analysis of all this information.
Two actions with a similar amount or overdue period may therefore be ranked differently in the Agenda depending on the overall situation of the customer and the relevant items.
Good to know
: Some of the elements taken into account by
MAIA
Action
may not be directly visible in the Collection Agenda.
The proposed priority takes into account all the information available for the action, the relevant items and the customer.
MAIA recommends a priority, you remain in control of your actions
MAIA
Action
provides a ranking recommendation.
It does not create any new action or modify existing actions or collection scenarios.
The Collector remains free to follow the prioritization proposed by MAIA or return to the standard ranking in their Agenda.
MAIA
Action
therefore acts as a copilot: it helps you identify more quickly the accounts on which to focus your attention, without replacing your expertise.
Enable or temporarily disable MAIA Action
When
MAIA
Action
is activated for your company, the
Prioritize with
MAIA
button is active by default each time you log in.
To temporarily deactivate the prioritization, click the
Prioritize with
MAIA
button.
The button then becomes inactive and the actions return to the standard ranking in the Collection Agenda, based on the date scheduled for the action in the scenario or the specific date planned for it.
This deactivation is temporary and only applies to your current session.
When you log out and then log back in to
My DSO Manager
,
Prioritize with
MAIA
is automatically reactivated.
Good to know
: The deactivation of
MAIA
Action
is temporary.
The feature is automatically reactivated the next time you log in.
Key takeaway
:
MAIA
Action
acts as a copilot in managing your Collection Agenda.
It analyzes the available information to highlight the actions that should be handled as a priority.
It therefore helps you reduce the time spent analyzing your Agenda and focus your efforts on collection actions requiring your attention, while leaving you in control of the decisions and actions to be taken.
