For Customized Version, make sure to use your dedicated

Then enter your
email
and
username
that were used when creating your
My DSO Manager
account, and click on « Submit »
If you do not remember your username, it can be provided to you by the administrator of your account.
Step 3
You will receive an email containing a link, click on it to generate a new password.
We recommend using a
complex password
containing numbers, upper and lower letters and special characters
