How to reset your password?

Do you have forgot your password and you want to create a new one?

Nothing's easier !

Step 1 From your My DSO Manager login screen, click on « Password forgotten »

For Customized Version, make sure to use your dedicated URL https://my-company.#websiteUrlTmp# to access your login page


Step 2 Then enter your email and username that were used when creating your My DSO Manager account, and click on « Submit »

If you do not remember your username, it can be provided to you by the administrator of your account.


Step 3 You will receive an email containing a link, click on it to generate a new password.

We recommend using a complex password containing numbers, upper and lower letters and special characters

You do not receive the email to reset your password? Check the accuracy of the email and the username entered. You can contact your administrator to confirm these informations.
