How to manage your Allianz Trade guarantees in My DSO Manager?

In order to centralize as much information as possible in My DSO Manager to allow a relevant credit analysis, Allianz Trade's insurer guarantee data (amount guaranteed by the insurer, type of guarantee, score, etc.) are integrated into your customer files thanks to the dedicated connector.

As a powerful customer risk management tool, the Allianz Trade connector now gives you the ability to initiate your guarantee requests directly from your My DSO Manager platform.

The assureur__allianztrade Allianz Trade connector allows you to:

1 Initiate your guarantee request:

From the client account page or the Risk Report: click on to initiate the request.
Select the policy, the type of cover you wish to subscribe: permanent, temporary, permanent and temporary cover, CAP, CAP Plus or a "non-named" service, enter the amount and add any explanations for the insurer arbitrator.

2 Follow up your guarantee request:

From the Risk tab, view the history of your requests and their status:

3 Monitor customer receivables on a daily basis:

Compare receivables with Allianz Trade's recommendations to manage credit risk accurately.
If your contract allows it, you can also benefit from continuous score monitoring.
Once the connector is activated, Allianz Trade information are available directly in your customer pages:

The history of guarantee change is visible by flying over the elements.
You can also conduct searches with theses information, find them in the Risk Report,etc...
