Automatically assign your colleagues to customers accounts

Thanks to Search & Assign, you can automatically assign your collectors to customers' accounts according to criteria defined and involve your employees in the collection process.

Let's take an example: You want to assign a collector and/or associate one of your colleagues with your English-speaking customers.
To do this, go to the Search tab and perform your search according to the desired criteria and save it.

In the example below, the criteria Customer country was used: Canada, England and USA.

Once you've created and saved your search, go to the Settings tab and Manage search & assign.
All you have to do then is click on "Collector" and select from the drop-down list:

  • Set the collector in Assignment field
  • Then in Search to use select the name of the saved search.

And don't forget to save!

Via this same search you can also associate your colleagues.

The functionality doesn't allow you to disassociate your colleagues, unlike collectors.
This action must be performed from:
  • The customer file
  • The Search tab for mass change

This tip presents a simple example of the possibilities of automatic assignment!
This functionality will enable you to carry out the simplest to the most complex assignments: adapting your collector according to your customer's payer profile or risk level, for example.
