1. Confidentiality of Information

  • The clients’ data are confidential and hosted in France.
  • Such data are never transmitted or sold to any third party.
  • They remain the exclusive property of the client at all times.
  • The data are used solely within the scope of the MY DSO MANAGER service, in order to provide features and functionalities tailored to each client’s needs.

2. Information collected

  • Information Provided by the Client :

    MY DSO MANAGER collects and processes information voluntarily provided by the client to access and use its services (such as email addresses, customer data, receivables, etc.) and to benefit from the platform’s features.
    Under no circumstances does MY DSO MANAGER collect or process personal data revealing, directly or indirectly, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical or religious beliefs, trade union membership, health information, or sexual orientation.

  • Cookies :

    When accessing MY DSO MANAGER, one or more cookies (small files containing a string of characters) may be sent to the client’s computer to store data in the browser. These cookies are used exclusively to improve the performance and functionality of the service.

  • Login Information :

3. Data Security

All information transmitted to MY DSO MANAGER is encrypted using the TLS protocol. Through TLS encryption, all transmited data are encrypted using public and private keys, ensuring secure transfer from the client’s computer to MY DSO MANAGER’s servers.
The data are hosted in a fully secured cloud infrastructure, guaranteeing an application that is always accessible, fast, and safe.
Access credentials are encrypted in the database and cannot be read by anyone, including MY DSO MANAGER employees.

4. Systematic Data Backup

A daily backup of client data is performed to ensure that no information is lost. These backups are stored in a separate, secure storage environment and are retained for a period of three months.
This process guarantees data durability and protection.

5. Reversibility: Retrieve Your Data at Any Time

Clients retain full ownership of their data. At any time, they may export their data for use in other applications (such as Microsoft Office).
If a client decides to terminate their MY DSO MANAGER subscription, they may recover all their data and reimport it into another system.
All data can be modified or deleted at any time through the website interface.
Each client has the right to access, modify, correct, and delete their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
