Greater accessibility for our Danish users

As part of our strategy to expand into new markets, we have added Danish to the list of languages supported in the user interface of My DSO Manager. This new language option enables finance teams, credit managers and collection officers in Denmark to work more efficiently in their native language.

A truly international platform

My DSO Manager is designed to support companies of all sizes in managing their receivables, improving cash flow, and optimizing their customer risk management and collections processes. With the addition of Danish, the solution further strengthens its global positioning by offering a more intuitive experience to its Nordic clients.

What this means for our users

From now on, all menus, notifications, and key interfaces are available in Danish, making it easier to:

• get started with the platform,
• configure your platform and reminder scenarios in the local language,
• train your teams and ensure rapid user adoption.

Availability of Danish language

The Danish version is available starting today for all My DSO Manager customers and can be activated directly from your user account language settings.

To date, the My DSO Manager interface is available in 16 languages. Reminder letters, interactive emails, SMS, Electronic Registered Mail, etc., can be written in more than 170 languages!
