My DSO Manager
is used in all types of companies, from

Depending of the structure, it may be necessary that not all informations are accessible to different users, especially if the collection management is outsourced. It is possible to
reduce the viewing scope
of some roles so that they can only access to their clients portfolio.
These options are configured by the
administrator
in the tab
Admin: Secure my account and users
Do not hesitate to consult our tutorials to
assign a collector to a customer
or
associate a colleague to your customers
!
Those changes impact the entire platform and users. If some « Collector » must keep a global vision, they will have to be promoted « Credit manager ». More informations on the different roles are
