Grouped collections - New visual identification!

Do you use grouped collection to centralize the collection across multiple customer accounts? My DSO Manager now makes them easier to identify with new visual indicators.

Immediately identify the account managing the collections

The account selected to centralize the collection is now clearly identified as the Parent Account with a dedicated icon. In the customer account, the number associated with this icon also allows you to see the number of linked accounts and identify the accounts attached to this collection.

Easily identify the linked accounts

Accounts whose collection is centralized on a Parent Account also have a specific visual indicator. The link icon allows you to immediately identify that an account is attached to a grouped collection.

A clearer view in My DSO Manager

These new visual indicators allow you to directly identify the Parent Account and Attached Accounts in the main screens, including searches, reports and customer files.



You can therefore immediately distinguish:

• The account carrying the collection
• The accounts attached to it
• The accounts that are not part of any grouped collection
