Boost your efficiency with the Quick Promise to Pay!

At My DSO Manager, we continue to enhance our solution to simplify and streamline Accounts Receivable collection. Today, we are pleased to introduce a new feature designed to accelerate the qualification of payment commitments: the Quick Promise to Pay.

What is the Quick Promise to Pay?

The Quick Promise to Pay feature allows you to qualify multiple invoices as a "promise to pay" in a single click directly from the customer account. No more repetitive actions: everything can be done in just a few clicks to save time and standardize collection practices.

When using this feature, My DSO Manager automatically:

  • applies the promise to pay status,
  • updates the promise date,
  • and creates a follow-up action if it is associated with this status.

Setting Up the Quick Promise to Pay

To activate this feature, simply go to Settings / Manage item status / Settings and define:


  • The « Quick Promise to Pay » status to apply,
  • Optionally, an associated automatic follow-up action,
  • And the desired promise date offset (D+X).
Once these elements are completed and validated, the Quick Promise button becomes active and ready to use.

How to Use

  • Open the Collection and Disputes management tab and go to the account statement
  • Select one or more invoices.


  • Click on Quick Promise and the status update will be saved automatically


  • Result:
    • The status is updated,
    • The promise date is filled in (D+3),
    • And the follow-up is automatically scheduled.

The promise follow-up action is generated automatically:
