The Interactive Client Page: A Simple and Secure Way to Manage Your Invoices

To facilitate communication and the follow-up of your account, the company you work with provides you with a secure Interactive Page, directly accessible from the emails you receive.
This space allows you to view your situation, access information related to your invoices and easily communicate with the person in charge of monitoring your account.
Good to know
: Depending on the features activated by the company concerned, some of the options presented in this help may not be available.
Accessing your Interactive Page
From the email received, clicking on the link or button allow you to access your Interactive Page:
You will then access a secure page allowing you to view information related to your account and the relevant invoices.
Viewing your account

From the Interactive Page, you can view the details of your situation and access information related to your open invoices.
You can find the following information in particular:
Information about the issuing company.

Contact details of your contact person. Click on « See more » to display all their contact details.

The list of your open invoices.

Due dates.

Outstanding amounts.

es or information associated with your invoices.

You also have the option to:
Identify any payment delays.

Download invoices in PDF format when available.

Each line corresponds to an invoice or accounting item. Click on the

to display more information.
Sharing information about an invoice
The Interactive Page allows you to communicate directly with your contact person regarding an invoice or a specific situation.
For one or more relevant items,
select
the items, then click on the
Send a comment
button:
A window then opens allowing you to enter your contact details and specify your request:
You can select the type of information corresponding to your situation, add a comment and attach any relevant supporting documents using the attachment function.
Once your comment has been sent, it is sent directly to your contact person

and the information provided can be viewed from your account

The different types of information you can share
The different types of responses available allow you to inform your contact person of the situation concerning the selected items.
Payment in progress:
Use this option when payment is scheduled or already being processed.
You can provide useful information regarding your payment, for example:
An estimated payment date.
A bank transfer reference.
Useful banking information.
Processing in progress:
This option allows you to indicate that an internal verification or approval is currently in progress.
It can be used in particular in the following situations:
Accounting approval.
Internal approval process.
Verification with another department.
Dispute:
To report a dispute, select the relevant item or items, then click on
Send a comment
.
In the window that opens, select
I dispute the items

Specify the reason for your dispute in the comment field so that your contact person can understand the situation

Add any relevant supporting documents to support your request

to send your dispute and any supporting documents to your contact person.
To facilitate the processing of your request, make sure you provide sufficiently precise information and attach any relevant supporting documents whenever possible.
Use this option when a specific situation needs to be brought to your contact person's attention and prevents or delays payment of the invoice.
A dispute may in particular:
Prevent payment of the invoice.
Require an internal verification.
Require additional information or documentation.
Correspond to a disagreement regarding the invoice or the service.
The most frequently encountered examples:
Invoice not received.
Disagreement regarding the amount.
Delivery issue.
Missing reference.
Additional document required.
Internal approval pending.
Online payment
If this feature has been activated by the company concerned, a payment button may be available on the Interactive Page.
To make an
online payment
, select the relevant invoice or invoices

Pay
button.

It is also possible to click on the credit card icon located on the line of the invoice to be paid in order to directly access the available payment link.
You can then:
Use the available payment methods.
Obtain a payment confirmation.
The payment methods available depend on the settings configured by the company concerned.
Security and confidentiality
Security
: Your information can only be accessed through your secure link provided in the emails sent by the company concerned.
Access to the Interactive Page is secure and limited to information related to you only.
The information exchanged through this page is sent directly to the company concerned to ensure better follow-up of requests and payments.

Check the relevant invoices before sending a comment.
Clearly specify the information needed to understand your situation.
Add the necessary supporting documents whenever possible.
