Several major enhancements are currently in development and will be rolled out to your platforms in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, we invite you to discover below the latest functional and UX improvements, which are progressively being activated for all users.

New filter: "Dispute Handler" in Aging Balance, Overdue Trend, and Collection Efficiency Reports

These filters allow you, in just a few clicks, to identify the share of overdue amounts linked to disputes managed by a specific dispute handler. Combining this filter with other available criteria provides a precise and targeted view of the situations you want to analyze.

Only scenario actions and specific actions linked to the selected documents are now displayed - previously, all specific actions for the customer account were shown.


This improvement is especially useful for high-volume accounts, where many actions may be active. It significantly improves readability and makes it easier to track ongoing actions.

Customer Statements and Items Search

A new column - status date - has been added to allow easy sorting and filtering on this value:

Guarantee Requests via Allianz Trade

All users of Allianz Trade credit-insurance can now submit their guarantee requests directly from My DSO Manager, and receive the responses in the Risk Agenda.


My DSO Manager also fully supports unnamed buyer limits as defined by the Grade Policy Cover from Allianz Trade. The same functionalities are available or under development with Coface and Atradius

Specific Actions

Specific actions with an amount of zero (i.e. when the sum of related documents is zero) are now correctly displayed.
