My DSO Manager news and releases (Friday, November 27 2015)
Here are the new features recently added to MY DSO MANAGER:
- When importing items (invoices, credit notes, ...) amounts, it is possible to integrate items with several formats of amounts:
- amounts with a positive sign (debit) or negative (credit)
- absolute amounts arranged in two columns (one debit and one credit)
- absolute amounts in a column with a second column indicating if it is a Credit ("C") or Debit ("D") amount
- Warning message in case of incoherent upload: if one or more items have an inconsistent configuration, such as a creditor invoice or a debtor credit note, an alert is displayed to make the needed corrections.
- It is now possible to add a comment for each customer contact. This comment can also be imported into My DSO Manager with Smart upload module.
- Customers contacts can now be exported to Excel as all information in the software (account statements, clients list, all reports...).
