New feature for cash collection on My DSO Manager
Create recovery action without collection scenarios
In order to facilitate dunning actions and improve your cash collection through MY DSO MANAGER, it is now possible to perform a recovery action (e-mail, interactive e-mail, mail, SMS or specific action) in two clicks from the customer sheet:
You can select an existing document template and customize it:
This action is independent of collection scenarios and other specific actions previously created.
It is historized on the customer record in the "History" tab:
The addition of this feature allows you to implement easier than ever your recovery strategy especially when the action proposed by the collection scenario is not suitable.
